Chinese Pork Buns (Cha Siu Bao)

Flatten every piece with the palm of the hand to shape a thin circle. The center of the circle need to be thicker than the brink. Place one portion of the pork filling within the center of each dough circle. Wrap the dough to surround the filling. Pinch edges to form the bun. Let the buns stand for 10 mins.
  • Steam buns for 12 mins. Serve.

  • Hoisin sauce, also called Peking sauce, is a thick, reddish-brown sauce this is sweet and spicy, and broadly utilized in Chinese cooking.
